Migrated to 22.04 and VM guest no longer boots

I have migrated to a new 22.04 machine. I still have the old CentOS 7
machine.

I have 5 linux guest that boot just fine on virt-manager on the new machine.
I have one Windows 7 image that no longer boots.  (I know win7 is old -but
I still need it).

The windows 7 does image does not boot. I want to continually goto system
fix mode.

I boot the old Centos machine - and boot up windows just fine. I
shutdown copy the image to the new 22.04 and same thing - wants to goto
windows fix filesystem mode.

Any thoughts ?
