Where to report a Snap/Panel bug

while it does, snapd does that on its own 4 times per day anyway :) 
if the app is not running it will just quietly update (unless you
forced it not to by using "snap hold") ... so you really do not need to
manually run snap refresh all the time :)

with latest snapd if the app is open and you get the notification, it
will now automatically apply the update once the app ges closed so a
"snap refresh" is not necessary anymore...

... you will get a notificaio message once the update has finished,
telling you the app is ready for use again...
