That last paragraph should have been "System Tools (Not Administration)
-> System Profiler and Benchmark"; and, as an example (much prettier),
doing that, and, choosing "Generate a Report", from the report, for this
computer, I have
"
-Computer-
Processor : Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5-2660 v4 @ 2.00GHz
Memory : 131818MB (56013MB used)
Machine Type : Tower
Operating System : Linux Mint 21.1
User Name : bret (Bret Busby)
Date/Time : Thu 06 Jul 2023 23:32:39
-Display-
Resolution : 1920x1080 pixels
OpenGL Renderer : NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 SUPER/PCIe/SSE2
X11 Vendor : The X.Org Foundation
-Audio Devices-
Audio Adapter : HDA-Intel - HDA Intel PCH
Audio Adapter : USB-Audio - AAPDQT-0622-W
Audio Adapter : HDA-Intel - HDA NVidia
"
So, that utility is (I believe) well worth having, and, using,to extract
the requested information.
Regarding Liam's reference to having the latest firmware, I expect that,
if the latest (for the OS version) firmware is not installed, that would
be shown as an available update, using
sudo -i
apt update
apt full-upgrade (which lists all of the update packages available)
- if I am correct in that - if I am not correct in that, I expect that
that will be revealed ("mone me si erro").
