GA kernel for 22.04 was 5.15.x IIRC
it always depends how you installed or when you did a release-to-
release upgrade with the LTS ...
the .0 isos/images always have the GA kernel and will not automatically
update ...
from .1 on the images automatically carry the HWE stack for kernel,
xorg, wayland, mesa and such ... seems your install/upgrade was after
.1 so you have the HWE bits (5.19.x) by default and should be fine ...
that sadly trashes my theory, but it was worth a look at least :)
