I would like to install Ubuntu on my Nexus 10 / Manta using?? kernel version 6.1.4

Welcome to the wonderful world of ARM SBCs :-)

Unless you are an "expert" with ARM processors and a Linux kernel guru AND
have the inside scoop on the SBC you are working with, you are not likely to
get very far. If there isn't a Ubuntu uSD image for the board in question, you
are likely out-of-luck. They (the maker) will likely have some sort of "Linux"
image, but it might be "plain" Debian or Armbian and not Ubuntu. Many of these
little boards only have Android (phone/tablet OS) images, in which case that
is your only option.
