I would like to install Ubuntu on my Nexus 10 / Manta using? kernel version 6.1.4

the point is that none of this exists except for the source code of the
tools that used to be used to achieve a non android install on these
devices ... 

you will need to grab the existing old tools and look inside them,
understand the code and what it is doing and how an android boot works
before you can do anything else ... 

start reading up all you can find about fastboot which is used to boot
these tablets ... 

the manta is luckily pretty forgiving so you can make mistakes and
brick it while trying, for these old google tablets there is usually
always a way out of a bricked state so they are perfect to learn all
this but you have to take some effort ...
