this looks like a filesystem oops with the nvidia drm issue just being
fallout of it ... though i'm not a kernel guy and just guessing here
...

you sould definitely file a bug against the kernel, use:

ubuntu-bug linux

that will collect all logs and create a bug on launchpad that the
kernel team will see ...
