Ran 'do-release-upgrade' and now TigerVNC won't run....

I just read the man page:
man vncserver

And there it was stated that:

User defaults are given in 
   ~/.vnc/tigervnc.conf

System defaults for this wrapper script are found in
   /etc/tigervnc/vncserver-config-defaults

Highest priority level options are from:
  /etc/tigervnc/vncserver-config-mandatory
overwriting all previous settings.

Expanded settings info is found in:
  man tigervnc.conf

So /etc/vnc.conf is not used at all, which my tests showed...
