Thanks, that's a lot easier to read.
Ok, I don't use nala, but I understand that it can operate like a file
downloader utility and handles multiple connections to server(s) to
download packages. So I can't figure out if the following from the
nala-sources.list is intentional (abbreviating some it):

deb http://mirror.us-tx.kamatera.com/ubuntu/ jammy restricted multiverse
deb http://mirror.us-tx.kamatera.com/ubuntu/ jammy restricted multiverse

there's 6 of these identical lines in the nala-sources.list file and
it's only for the restricted and multiverse components from the jammy
suite. These lines will clash with these from the original
/etc/apt/sources.list:

deb http://mirror.us-tx.kamatera.com/ubuntu/ jammy main restricted
deb http://mirror.us-tx.kamatera.com/ubuntu/ jammy multiverse

So as long as those duplicates exist, apt going to complain about them.
There might be some apt config option to turn off the warnings you could
investigate, but TBH, it's not readily apparent to me what advantage the
nala-sources.list is providing here. It's just duplicating what's
already in sources.list and it's very narrow on what repos it will pull
packages from, which again, is already covered by sources.list. Perhaps
someone reading who uses nala can provide better guidance here.

Everything else looked ok, though I would check to see if nodesource had
a jammy repo you could switch too and for any other currently disabled
ones you might re-enable later on.
