Well my synaptic (on 22.10) shows all the above *plus* just gnumeric.
They're all at version 1.12.

... and i've just looked at my server which is running 22.04 and I see
basically the same:-

chris at esprimo$ apt search gnumeric
    Sorting... Done
    Full Text Search... Done
    diffoscope/jammy,jammy 205 all
in-depth visual diff tool for files, archives and directories

    diffoscope-minimal/jammy,jammy 205 all
in-depth visual diff tool for files, archives and directories (minimal package)

    gir1.2-gnumeric/jammy 1.12.51-1 amd64
GObject introspection data for the Gnumeric spreadsheet

    gnumeric/jammy 1.12.51-1 amd64
spreadsheet application for GNOME - main program

    gnumeric-common/jammy,jammy 1.12.51-1 all
spreadsheet application for GNOME - common files

    gnumeric-doc/jammy,jammy 1.12.51-1 all
spreadsheet application for GNOME - documentation

    gnumeric-plugins-extra/jammy 1.12.51-1 amd64
spreadsheet application for GNOME - additional plugins

    libspreadsheet-writeexcel-perl/jammy,jammy,now 2.40-1.1 all [installed,automatic]
      module to create Excel spreadsheets

    python-xlwt-doc/jammy,jammy 1.3.0-3 all

    python3-xlwt/jammy,jammy 1.3.0-3 all
module for writing Microsoft Excel spreadsheet files - Python 3.x

    chris at esprimo$

So there's something confusing your system I think. I do find sometimes that
synaptic's search works a little oddly.
