Has gnumeric been abandoned by Ubuntu Linux

It should be in universe.  What do these commands show?
apt policy gnumeric
apt policy gnumeric-common
In ubuntu I see

$ apt policy gnumeric
gnumeric:

$ apt policy gnumeric-common
