I just checked and onn my system, the output of "apt-cache depends
digikam" yelds (among other things...)

#######################################################
  Recommends: <www-browser>
    dillo
    edbrowse
    hv3
    lynx:i386
    lynx
    netsurf-fb
    netsurf-gtk
    chromium-browser
    elinks
    epiphany-browser
    falkon
    firefox
    konqueror
    links
    links2
    luakit
    netrik
    qutebrowser
    sugar-browse-activity
    surf
    w3m
    w3m:i386
    wslu
    xemacs21-mule
    xemacs21-mule-canna-wnn
    xemacs21-nomule
########################################################

so there are two distinct problems here:

1, why does digikam pulls in wslu in the first place

2, why, AFAICT at least, does the presence of wslu only screws the
appimage of Obsidian?
