custom iso for 22.04

I found this page... It seems outdated.

There is no longer and isolinux directory on the CD iso.

            -c isolinux/boot.cat \
            -b isolinux/isolinux.bin \
               -no-emul-boot -boot-load-size 4 -boot-info-table \
            -o "$IMAGE" \
            "$BUILD"
            "$BUILD"

What do I do with the isolinux/isolinux.bin and isolinux/boot.cat no
present?
