You need to work on your Google-fu then. :-) I didn't remember where
or anything, I just typed:

ubuntu server raspberry pi install hwe kernel

... and there it was.

It seems to be mainly an x86-64 PC thing.

ISTM you have 2 choices:

[1] update to 22.04
[2] track short-term releases
