Pictures folder

Hi

A quick one (I hope), I have an older Lappy that I'm Updating & battery 
charging (else they get useless)

I found that my Home seems to have lostr it's Pictures folder, so I made a new 
one, put my prefered wallpapers in it and tried to set the background but when 
I click on Pictures in background settings it is empty, I checked permissions 
and they look like those on other system folders

What needs doing please
