installing nodejs on 22.04

the openjs foundation actually fully supports their snap in ubuntu, it
comes with fully supported versions back down to v6.x and all of these
get regular security updates from them ... have a look here:

(and also "snap info node" to see the plethora of supported versions
they offer)
