Can a package be returned to a previous version

Hello.

As mozzarilla have downgraded and sabotaged Thunderbird to the latest 
version 115.3.1 (64-bit) so as to increase fraud, email spoofing and 
otherwise malicious email, by concealing senders' email addresses and 
recipients' email addresses, after having made the mistake of "updating" 
Thunderbird to this sinister and defaced version, I am wondering whether 
it is possible to upgrade it to the previous, safer, and, more usable, 
version, without uninstalling it and trying to find an installable 
package of the previous version.
