Apparently you can't submit testing results to the Beta version anymore
probably because it's been released and test results are archived. You
can only submit bug reports against individual packages on the beta
release now.
You can, though, still submit test results against the Noble daily build
here:
https://iso.qa.ubuntu.com/qatracker/milestones/450/builds/299505/testcases/1758/results
The Noble beta Ubuntu desktop image is hosted over on
http://releases.ubuntu.com/noble/
