If it is Ubuntu on arm64, then in theory yes. Few people actually use Ubuntu
on most arm64 SBCs. More common is Armbian, Raspbian, or Debian. There is a
*forum* for Armbian (no mailing list AFAIK). I don't know if there is a
mailling list for Debian itself and I think Raspbian has a *forum*.
For most stuff, Ubuntu/Mint, Armbian, Raspbian, and Debian are 90% exactly the
same. Only some of the UI and other user helpful features vary. It is all
the same "core" packages, with maybe some "re-branding". For arm64 SBCs,
there are often special kernel builds to support special hardware features and
boot logic (eg uboot vs grub), and overlay fun and games. For that you need
to deal with manufacturer wikis, etc.
