Whoah there.
FAT32 != exFAT. exFAT != FAT32. They are _not_ the same thing.

"badblocks" is for hard disks. These are not hard disks. They are not
"disks" at all.
Do not run tools for HDDs on flash media, ever.
It was probably on the edge of failure and this tool pushed it over
into oblivion.
What do you use them for, and how? Flash media wear out from being
written too many times, you know.
