Snap software update

Just upgraded to 24.04 LTS from 22.04 LTS. I'm getting a notification for a software update for the Snap store, but when I choose install I get an error - a Snap app is running, so the store can't be updated. The item running is Snap Store.
 
So should I disable the Snap store so it can update? If so, how?
