Heard of it, tried it. Does nothing I want and the extra security
seems mainly to be removing Mozilla telemetry, and Waterfox does that
anyway.

Waterfox integrates with the Unity global menu bar. LibreWolf does not.

There's also Palemoon, Basilisk, MyPal68 (for very old Windows, e.g.
XP), Floorp, Pulse, Mercury...

The only one that impressed me other than Waterfox is Zen:
