Maybe the OP installed Raspberry Pi Desktop
https://www.raspberrypi.com/software/raspberry-pi-desktop/
Which (IMHO) is an interesting concept for those who want to combine the
barely functional desktop of an underprovisioned raspberry pi with a PC
that's sitting around, and get ...... uh .... something vaguely
interesting but not supported well?
I tried it soon after it came out on an old system and was underwhelmed. It
might have gained some traction (and better support) in some circles -- but
you'd need to be in that circle to appreciate it, I presume.
Better to install any flavor of Debian, Ubuntu, or any of the better
supported derivatives, again IMHO.
If you have a reason to keep it (maybe it has some particular packages that
makes sense with your array of Pi you support), tape a paper sign on it
reminding yourself what's on it.
