mysql -- access with no user/passwd

Hi Robert,

Thanks on the reply,

I've set up mysql before with no issues. So I obviously missed
something when setting this up when I did.

The test has the "root" as well as other users and their passwords/access.

I did manage to reboot/rerun the cmd, and access is now denied if
passwd is not used.
