Dell bios stops install from usb

You could provide a bit more information...

1. At the moment, how are you trying to boot from USB? What are you
physically doing? What kind of USB device is it?
2. Have a look at the BIOS settings. Has the BIOS update changed some
values?
3. Have you tried pressing F12 to display the One Time Boot Menu? I have
found that sometimes on sme systems I had to keep attempting to boot from
USB to get it to work.
