apt update wrong county

us.archive.ubuntu.com also resolves to IP addresses outside the US at
present despite the hostname, and in fact to addresses in the very same
subnet as banjo (91.189.91.0/24); so while this is perhaps a little
mysterious, I don't quite get why this is such an ALL-CAPS ISSUE.
us.archive is a pool of servers and even if it's currently in the US
there is no guarantee that it won't be changed around for traffic
management purposes.
