snap-store question

Hi Liam,
I decided to update the BIOS. The BIOS update CD told me that it would not
do the update because the battery was dead.
So I bought a replacement battery (which I won't regret), updated the BIOS
(scary enough). That worked.
Then I booted Ubuntu 24.04 and snap-store still crashes when I try to
launch it
It looks like my T500 has 2 graphics controllers. This could be the problem
- or it could be a red herring.
Here are some system details:-
lenovo T500 ThinkPad
BIOS YYYYMMDD - 2012-10-12
Version: Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU T9550 @ 2.66GHz
RAM 8GiB
OS: Ubuntu 24.04 LTS (up to date)
Main drive: 500GB Crucial SSD Crucial_CT512M550SSD1
Graphics:
-PCI Devices-
VGA compatible controller : Intel Corporation Mobile 4 Series Chipset
Integrated Graphics Controller (rev 07) (prog-if 00 [VGA controller])
VGA compatible controller : Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. [AMD/ATI]
RV635/M86 [Mobility Radeon HD 3650] (prog-if 00 [VGA controller])
What do you think?
TIA,
Ian
