Transferring Old Intel Fortran and License Manager to Ubuntu 24.04

Good morning

We have an old machine running

Ubuntu 20.04.6 LTS

and Intel fortran compiler version

ifort version 16.0.2

We also run the Intel License manager

  ./lmgrd -v
lmgrd v11.12.0.0 build 136775 x64_lsb - Copyright (c) 1988-2013 Flexera 
Software LLC. All Rights Reserved.


Is it possible to move this over to a newer machine with Ubuntu 24.04

I am having some trouble getting the  Intel License manager   to install 
and work

Any advice would be appreciated ?
