The upgrade was never 'done' - it just reverted to what it was before
trying to update.

Good suggestion - thanks - I did remove them, but still did not upgrade
when tried again.

Saw this as well, THANKS again - found a couple of things that were
fixed. BUT still will not update:
"unresolvable problem" again and NO suggestions as to what it is.

Anyway, thanks for the many suggestions!
