Well on that page I find:
The package versions that were published when the distribution release was made.
ffmpeg 7:4.2.2-1ubuntu1 (universe) Uploaded: 2022-06-07
This does not cut it because the flag I need was recently added to ffmpeg...
I think it was back in June 2024...
