If "This is a crontab entry" then there is no username in the entries.
The whole /var/spool/cron/UserName is for this one user.

The puzzle (a post mortem), however, remains.

Is this a mashup of 'mkdir /home/ubuntu/data/log/' and '>/home/ubuntu/data/log/adfd_cleanup.log 2>&1'?
