The standard one as installed on Ubuntu is fine, except that it allows
password logins and runs ssh on a standard port.
Password logins are insecure unless you are VERY disciplined about
passwords.
The standard port is not insecure as such, but simply changing the port
to some random number will "turn off" a massive number of simplistic
script-kiddie connections. This is less important if you are allowing
connections only from a limited number of sources.
