Dear Ralf Mardorf,
It was from a sponsored Facebook advertisement from Canonical Ltd.
The Facebook advertisement offers free download of Ubuntu Linux servers hardening guide (based on CIS benchmarks) published by Canonical Ltd.
The PDF document download link also looks like Facebook Content Delivery Networks (CDN) server download link.
Don't tell me I have been duped??????
Some cybercrime syndicate is impersonating as Canonical Ltd to place ads on FB?
Regards,
Mr. Turritopsis Dohrnii Teo En Ming
