off topic! internal usb port breaking

thanks to all for replies..
I was initially thinking some kind of a "c clamp" part that could/would
slide over the top/bottom of the laptop and adhere to the laptop.
double-click tape maybe?? so it would more or less be rigid/semi
permanent or at least difficult to accidentally break the internal port.
unfortunately with the cheaper newer laptops u get a single point of
angst!!
