Using GParted via TigerVNC how to enable on LinuxMint?

Did you try searching for the exact error message text on www.google.com?

The first three search results explain, in detail, the reason for this  
specific error, specifically with gparted.

You can compare the installed packages and configuration files on both  
systems, and figure out the differences in your case.
