New 24.10 installation... ZFS or LVM ? (I will use encryption)

I have tried both. I _much_ prefer ZFS to LVM, and Btrfs, and worst of
all, the combination of both.

I do not use encryption and indeed avoid it at all costs though. No
clue how that would work.
