This may be helpful:

$ apt-cache search python3 | grep -i tts
python3-gtts - Wrapper and CLI utility for the Google TTS (Text-to-Speech) API (
Python 3)
python3-gtts-token - Calculates a token to run the Google Translate text to spee
ch (Python 3)
