What happened to iwconfig in Ubuntu 25.04?

I got a new Dell and the 24 install didn't recognized the WiFi hardware so I installed
25 which seems to work ok but iwconfig isn't found and I did see someone else
complaining on a forum but no answer. I have a script to load a bunch of stuff
and just browsing the output it looked like many packages may have been missed.
What is going on with iwconfig and any others? Its probably deprecated but so if ifconfig
and that is still there AFAICT.
