Hi.

Sort of off topic... but curious if anyone has experienced this.

Looking to add components -- mem/drives to the laptop. Got to the
crucial.com site, find the items, looks good!

Go to select the buy btn, and wth!! It displays 3rd party sites that
sell the items. The cust supt rep says .. umm, yeah, crucial doesn't
sell to customers!

Has anyone else experienced this? With other manufacturers as well??

The price from the 3rd party vendors is considerably higher than the
listed prices....

I could have sworn that I was able to get items from the vendor site,
but it's been awhile.
