Looking over different articles/vids, and wondered, when it comes to
setting up projects, does anyone have a "good" overview/process/docs of the
entire dev/build process from "idea" to release, that would use
Github/repos?

Internet opinions, might be different than hearing from people actually
using tools in a real world environment.
