Test of my mail server

Please excuse this email, but I don't know what else to do!

I've created a mail server on my Synology NAS box which receives emails
to tony at acasystems.org and I've subscribed this email address to the
ubuntu-users mailing list, but I'm not getting messages from this.

I've checked what i can from firewall rules, port forwarding on my
router and the postfix logs on the NAS box. I've also checked the
status of my subscription which says I have a bounce score of 2.0 out
of a maximum of 5.0. The logs show mail received from
ubuntu-users-bounces at lists.ubuntu.com

So, I'm sending this to the list from my gmail account to see if I get
a bounce message. Hopefully such a message might give me a clue.

I'd certainly any advice or suggestions on how to debug this further.
