How/where do I get hponcfg for Ubuntu 24?

I am "told" I need this utility, and it needs to be on my Ubuntu 24 
install on my HP Gen10+

But so far, finding out how to do this is convoluted.  Plus I have close 
to zero experience configuring apt.
