Upgrade to 25.04 from 24.10

Hi all

Been running 24.10 for a long while (since the dailys) just tried 

~$ do-release-upgrade
Checking for a new Ubuntu release
No new release found.

my settings (as on a non-LTS) should offer me 25.04 now surly?

I would expect even doing a update/full-upgrade should at least offer the 
option?

is there a holdup?

I can 

do-release-upgrade -d

to force the upgrade but wanted to check first

I know LTS to LTS waits for the first point release after the new release (iron 
out any bugs) but this is not an LTS
