After 25.04 upgrade a new problem

After I  upgraded from 24.10 to 25.04 on my Dell Inspirom15-3555, I am
experiencing occasional abrupt screen blanks combined with mouse freezes.
This lasts sometimes for a few seconds and then returns to normal.
Sometimes it causes a system crash. This problem seems to occur when I try
to move the mouse pointer to a new location. Anyone else having this
problem?
