After 25.04 upgrade a new problem

Actually, the problem escalated and I couldn't keep the system up
long enough to do anything. I was not even sure if it was Ubuntu or my
computer.
I ran the Dell diagnostics and my system was fine. I decided to install
24.04-2 but I keep getting a weird error message and couldn't get the iso
to boot. Then I tried 24.04-1 and it installed and upgraded to 24.04-2. I
guess I will stay there until a new LTS is released.
