Transfering Local foldersafter move to new system

I have just completed bringing up a brand new main system...

A Framework 16 running Ubuntu 24.04.3

Everything is working well except I am missing all of my Local folders. 
I have them in the .thunderbird directory,

that was moved to the current location as part of the transfer process.

How do I move them from their present location to the active Local Folders?

It is the last major task I have left. I have tried several methods that 
I found as part of my initial transfer from the

old system but none of them provided information specifically for the 
Local Folders.
