Wayland desktop issues

A few days ago I did some research to run android apps on my computer - or 
one specific app - so I changed from X11 to wayland and installed waydroid. 
All my computers run x11 so I have some questions on tweaking the problems. 


If my browser is on the left side of the screen and I have something on the 
right - if I click maximize the browser moves to the right, expands to 
maybe 75% of the screen across but leaves a large gap at the top. If I drag 
it then up it automatically expands to half of the screen but not the whole 
screen until I click maximize again. 

Ive noticed whatever application is on top of the rest on my desktop will 
sometimes be inaccessible meaning, I cant click on it. If I click tab and 
"re" activate the app, all of the sudden I have access again. .. GRR it 
literally just happened as I was writing the last sentence. 

Im running Kubuntu 24.04, updated, plasma 5.27.12, I have Mesa Intel UHD 
Graphics 630 processor.
