Keyboard problem **SOLVED**

Thanks to all who replied to my post...

Whether I missed it during my initial setup or failed to realize it was 
required the solution was:

Settings --> Keyboard

Entry is English, alt. intl. add English(US) and delete English. alt. intl.

That fixed the problem... The keyboard I have installed works just fine, 
for me.

I REALLY LIKE MY Framework 16
