This is likely a request to pulseaudio to give your app access to
pulses rtkit daemon for realtime audio processing.

Ubuntu dropped pulseaudio a while ago and switched to pipewire which
likely does not provide the same Api calls for realtime audio
processing in the daemon.

I guess the app will need porting to pipewire and you should contact
the app developers ...
