Yes. A quick Google for "Intel Celeron CPU N3060 specs" established that it
supports a 64-bit instruction set.

Alan has booted many isos on this laptop from USB memory stick. He even
managed to install Peppermint OS (and, subsequently, other distros) to the
main drive.
However, once installed, whenever a non-Windows system starts to load the
Initial Ramdisk, the system freezes.
I did some temporary Grub fiddling to establish that the system is freezing
at the Initial Ramdisk phase.
Searches about this found that there is a BIOS bug which means it can only
boot Windows from its main storage drive and that we need to update the
BIOS/firmware in order to boot something other than Windows from the main
drive.
